Komatco offers a warranty period of twelve months or 2000 hours for any machine exported to our clients. During this period, if a material or workmanship defect occurs in spare parts during normal operation, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge at our discretion.

Please note that we reserve the right to determine whether a defect in material or workmanship occurred during normal use, or if it resulted from factors excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, abuse, shipment, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. It's important to understand that any modifications to our products by the client, client's employees, or end-user will invalidate this warranty.

Also, please note that this warranty does not cover normal wearing and easily broken parts, including but not limited to filters, belts, electric appliances and wires, bulbs and fuses, glass, rubber, and plastic materials.
