On May 30, 2024, we welcomed a terminal customer with strong intent to collaborate after providing a detailed quotation. Since it was our first cooperation, the client decided to visit China to inspect the factory and assess the company's capabilities firsthand.

To ensure a seamless visit, we coordinated with the factory in advance and arranged the itinerary meticulously. After meeting the client in Shanghai, we began the tour by visiting the HYUNDAI facility on May 31. The following day, we visited XCMG, showcasing its advanced machinery and manufacturing processes. With the client’s schedule being quite tight, we returned to our company in Qing on June 1 to finalize discussions.

During this meeting, we addressed the client’s concerns and clarified every detail of the order, ensuring their confidence in moving forward. To mark the occasion, we presented the client with a thoughtful gift and enjoyed a delightful dinner together. I assured the client that this first cooperation would exceed their expectations and pave the way for a strong and lasting partnership.
