On October 16th, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming a valued client from Laos for an in-depth visit to the KOMATSU manufacturing facility. Our team accompanied the client throughout the entire tour, introducing the production lines, quality-inspection procedures, and the key construction machinery models widely used in mining and major infrastructure projects.

During the visit, the client carefully examined several machines, including excavators, wheel loaders, and bulldozers. KOMATSU engineers provided detailed explanations on engine performance, hydraulic system stability, structural strength, and after-sales service support. The customer was genuinely impressed by KOMATSU’s advanced manufacturing process and its strict quality-control standards.

Following the tour and technical discussions, the client expressed strong satisfaction and growing confidence in future cooperation. Both sides agreed to continue evaluating product details and proceed with the next steps of order planning.
