On October 21st, 2025, we had the pleasure of accompanying a client from the UAE on a visit to the XCMG factory. This customer had been in contact with us for some time, requesting information on several construction machinery models, and finally decided to come to China for an on-site inspection before moving forward with procurement.

We arranged a full factory tour, starting with an introduction to XCMG’s production lines, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems. The client inspected multiple machines of interest, including excavators, wheel loaders, and cranes. Throughout the visit, we discussed model configurations, performance differences, and the most suitable options for his upcoming projects.

The client took photos and videos for his technical team and asked detailed questions regarding delivery schedules, warranty terms, spare parts support, and long-term cooperation possibilities. By the end of the visit, he expressed strong confidence in both the XCMG brand and our service capabilities.

After the factory tour, we accompanied the client back to the hotel and continued discussions on the next steps. We will follow up with refined quotations and assist the client in evaluating the best machine specifications to move the order forward.
