On 23 October 2025, Komatco had the pleasure of hosting a South African client for a scheduled visit to the Lutong tractor manufacturing facility. The client, who had recently completed a tractor purchase through Komatco, informed the team after the National Day holiday that he would soon travel to China. Despite having a tightly arranged itinerary, he was able to spare one day for the factory tour, which Komatco promptly organised.

During the visit, the Komatco team accompanied the client to the Lutong production site, where he was given a detailed overview of each stage of the tractor manufacturing process. From assembly lines to quality-control procedures, the tour helped the client gain a deeper understanding of Lutong’s engineering capabilities and production excellence. He expressed great satisfaction with the visit, noting that it further reinforced his confidence in both Komatco and Lutong as long-term partners.

After the factory tour, Komatco hosted a warm and friendly lunch, providing additional time for open discussions about future cooperation and product plans. Upon the conclusion of the visit, the team escorted the client to his next destination, ensuring comfort and convenience despite his busy schedule.
