On August 6, 2024, I had the privilege of accompanying an Indian customer to the HELI factory for an in-depth inspection of the forklifts he had previously ordered. The visit was a key moment in our collaboration, and I was pleased to see how thoroughly impressed the customer was with the quality and performance of the HELI forklifts.
After the inspection, the customer expressed his satisfaction, highlighting his confidence in both the product and the brand. Following this, we toured the HELI exhibition hall, which showcased a wide range of machinery. The customer took a keen interest in exploring various models, noting several options that could potentially fit his company’s future requirements.
The visit was productive and reinforced the strong partnership between us. I am optimistic that this successful interaction will pave the way for expanded cooperation and more business opportunities in the future.
