On March 28th, 2024, we had the pleasure of welcoming a Spanish customer to the XCMG factory for an in-depth look at our excavators. His interest in XCMG machines began after thorough research, and he was eager to inspect them firsthand before making a decision.

Upon arrival, we provided a comprehensive factory tour, showcasing various excavator models in different configurations. The customer was particularly impressed with the XE55GA and XE35U, taking his time to examine their structure, key features, and performance. To give him a more hands-on experience, we arranged a test operation, allowing him to see the machines in action.

Beyond excavators, we also explored a range of attachments that could enhance functionality based on his project needs. We engaged in detailed discussions about configurations and pricing, ensuring he had all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

The visit concluded on a positive note, with the customer expressing great satisfaction with the machines and confidence in our company. As we continue discussions on final specifications and terms, we are optimistic about building a strong business relationship in the future.
