On September 8th, 2023, I had the pleasure of meeting my Hong Kong customer in Weifang. We had planned this visit in advance, and it was finally time to inspect the equipment in person. Together, we took a taxi to the SEM factory in Qingzhou to check the wheel loader that the client had shown strong interest in.

Upon arrival at the factory, the SEM staff warmly welcomed us and immediately arranged a live demonstration. A technician operated the wheel loader on-site, showcasing its powerful performance and smooth functionality. My client was deeply impressed by the machine’s build quality, hydraulic response, and ease of operation. Throughout the visit, he took numerous photos and videos to share with his partners back in Hong Kong.

We also carefully went over the technical details and final configurations, ensuring every requirement was addressed. Satisfied with everything he saw, the client confirmed his intention to place an order and requested me to arrange the shipment once he returned.

After the factory visit, we traveled back to Qingdao by high-speed train. We took some memorable photos together at our office as a souvenir of this successful meeting. In the evening, we enjoyed a delightful dinner, sharing ideas and discussing further cooperation plans. I then accompanied the client back to his hotel.

Everything went smoothly, and this visit helped build even greater trust between us. We look forward to a long-term partnership ahead.
