After requesting a quotation, the customer mentioned that he planned to visit China to inspect the machinery firsthand. In preparation for his visit, I made sure to inform the factory in advance about the specific machines he was interested in, ensuring everything would be ready for his arrival.

Upon the customer's arrival, he was able to view the machinery in person and even test-drive the models he had been considering. He was very satisfied with the performance and quality of the machines, which exceeded his expectations. Following the visit, the customer requested a more detailed quotation to proceed with his purchasing decision.
